Timothy has created our flavor of the month by making fresh cranberry jelly.
He layers the slightly tart jelly with his ivory chocolate vanilla cream, made from Republica del Cacao single origin Ecuador 31% white chocolate, and covers it all with a dark chocolate shell of Valrhona’s Caraque 56% dark chocolate. This combination of flavors starts the holidays off in perfection!
