Our craft begins with chocolate we trust: Valrhona. Since 1922, this revered French house has set the global standard for excellence, working sustainably and passionately to bring extraordinary cacao to the world. From the silken depth of Guanaja 70% to the bright sophistication of Manjari, Valrhona provides the foundation for our artistry.
