Shipping and Availability


We make our Bonbons by hand in small quantities. To ensure we put all of our attention into every order, we limit our production. If we have met our limits, we will notify you and put you at the top of the list. Trust us, they are worth the wait!


We realize that you may want to send a gift as a surprise. However, in order to prevent delay, we recommend you notify the recipient prior to arrival and encourage you to include a complementary gift note at checkout so your recipient knows to thank you.
We go to great lengths to ensure you receive the freshest product in the most pristine condition. We ship throughout the United States via FedEx. All orders are shipped with thermal cushioned cool shield and moisture resistant cool packs, this helps regulate the temperature and preserve freshness.
We ship Monday through Thursday.
We do not ship Friday through Sunday, because your order sitting at FedEx over the weekend can cause the Bonbons to melt.
Please do not hesitate to email us if you have any additional questions about shipping.
We do not ship same day.
We cannot ship to PO boxes.
We cannot ship internationally.
We strongly suggest choosing overnight shipping if your order is shipping to a warm climate.
We suggest shipping to a daytime business location when possible.

Tracking your Order


When your order ships, you will receive an email which includes your tracking number. If you have trouble tracking your order, please give us a call and we can help assist you in contacting FedEx.


Delivery Dates and Times

Winter storms, hurricanes, flooding; these are just a few reason why FedEx may experience delivery delays. Because there are some forces of nature that are out of our control we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order is out for delivery. We can, however guarantee your order will be shipped on time from us according to our shipping schedule.

FedEx has permission to leave packages at the recipient’s address if no one is there to sign for it; however, FedEx may require a signature for delivery, in which case the recipient will need to follow up with FedEx. Timothy Adams Chocolates is NOT responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer.

Adding Signature Services

We offer FedEx’s ‘Signature Required for Delivery’ service. If you select “Signature Required for Delivery”, your package will not be delivered unless it is signed for. If no one is present, FedEx will make two more attempts before they return the package to us. Timothy Adams Chocolates will not refund purchases if the product is damaged or melted after the first delivery attempt or if it is returned to us by FedEx.

Conditions of Sale

Timothy Adams Chocolates cannot be responsible for heat damage to packages not shipped FedEx Overnight.
Timothy Adams Chocolates cannot be responsible for packages left outside after delivery.
Timothy Adams Chocolates will not be held responsible for any problems not reported to us within the first 72 hours after the package is listed as delivered by FedEx. This includes packages sent as gifts.
Timothy Adams Chocolates is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable recipients and addresses.
Please check the accuracy of shipping addresses including company’s name, suits and or apartment numbers if necessary. A correct phone number for the recipient is essential. We are not responsible if this causes the delay or even eventual return of your package.


Due to the nature of our product, we cannot except returns.
