Way back in the 17th century, folks made sugarplum candy by hand with fruits and nuts, coding them in sugar. Due to the cost of ingredients, and the time to make them, sugarplums were enjoyed only by the wealthy. Timothy has introduced his sugarplum truffle for the holidays and I'm sure they will delight you just like they did in the old days.
